Our guest today is Dagenham and Redbridge FC U-18 and Academy manager Micah Hyde. Before coaching Hyde made more than 600 appearances at every level of English football. Non-league. Premier league. And everything in-between. He also represented Jamaica 17 times between 2001 and 2004.
